Why do I need to register?
You need to register on www.shopisabelladee.com when making a purchase because you are creating an account that only you can access.  You can access this account by using your email address and a password that you will create.  You will be the only one with access to this information.

How do I register?

International Shipping costs, methods and disclosure
International shipping is based on several factors, including total cost of items, the weight of the package, and the destination. To calculate the cost of shipping a package internationally, you must first register on our site. Add your selected items to your cart. Proceed to checkout where you will be asked your preferred method of shipping. This will display the cost for shipping that specific package on that particular day. At this point you may either proceed with your order, or cancel your order and logout.

* USPS Worldwide Expedited - UPS and ShopIsabellaDee.com provides customs-cleared delivery to more than 50 destination countries. Most shipments to Europe or Asia are delivered within 4 to 6 business days after leaving ShopIsabellaDee.com

* UPS Worldwide Express - Delivery within 2 to 3 business days to any International destination from the time the package is shipped from ShopIsabellaDee.com

PLEASE NOTE: Shipping charges include brokerage fees but do not include taxes or duties. Contact your local customs office to request the details of these charges. If you decide to refuse any shipments from ShopIsabellaDee.com, you are responsible for the original shipping costs to you, any duties, taxes and/or customs charges that are incurred on the package, and the cost of returning the package to ShopIsabellaDee.com. This amount will be subtracted from your merchandise refund. ShopIsabellaDee.com has made every effort to minimize our non-U.S shipping costs and does not profit from these rates. We are required by law to disclose the full value of the package contents and cannot alter this value. How long does it take for my order to ship?
Orders usually ship within 24-48 hours depending upon availability and credit verification. Orders placed after 1pm PST will not be processed until the following business day. If there are any delays with your order ShopIsabellaDee.com will notify you. If the merchandise you order is not currently in stock we will contact you to confirm availability.

We use UPS and Federal Express for delivery and are unable to deliver to APO/FPO addresses, along with P.O. boxes. We also do not use Saturday delivery, but if for some reason the item you purchase is a "must-have" for a certain date or special occasion feel free to give us a call and we may be able to make an exception, but take note that there will be a $15.00 delivery fee added to your order. Trust us, we know when we just have to have something for those fashion emergencies here at Isabella Dee.

Can I track my order?
You will receive an order confirmation email once your order has been received. You will also receive a shipping confirmation email once it has been shipped, which will include the tracking information of your package(s). Most orders are shipped out of our Claremont, California headquarters so please allow at least five days for ground shipping.

Do you ship internationally?
www.ShopIsabellaDee.com ships to fashionistas worldwide!

Do you charge sales tax?
As ShopIsabellaDee.com is based out of California, only California shoppers will be charged sales tax. This is a law.

Which credit cards do you accept?
ShopIsabellaDee.com accepts Visa, Master Card, and American Express. We currently do not accept checks, cash, or money orders.

Sales, Discounts, Coupons, and Promotions
Please note that you cannot combine any offers. You can only use one offer per item. You cannot use discount or coupons on sale items.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

Our Return Policy
All sale items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged. All returned items will be given an internet store credit only, no exceptions.

Isabella Dee prides itself on offering the highest quality merchandise. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase simply return the unused item in its original condition within 10 days of purchase and we will provide you with an online store credit (GOOD FOR 1 YEAR) or exchange, less shipping costs. You will receive your online store credit via email, or you may also call to get it. (***Do not return any sale merchandise, you will not be given a store credit***)

**All items are thoroughly inspected before shipping. We reserve the right to inspect returned items and judge whether or not the item is in re-sellable condition. If the item is damaged, it will be photodocumented for our records and no credit will be issued.

The order must be returned with all the original packaging, including the original invoice. Isabella Dee will not accept any item returned with obvious signs of wear or with any of the original tags removed. Please include your order number.

*We strongly recommend that you insure your return and get proof of delivery in case your package gets lost in transit.
